Relive TISE/StonExpo 2021

The Intermac and Diamut sales teams participated in TISE / StonExpo this week in Las Vegas, the first face to face tradeshow in America for the stone industry in almost 2 years. The Master Series 38.3 CNC took center stage demonstrating product reliability and the excellent quality to price ratio for businesses looking to optimize production. With a usable bed size of 79” x 150”, our team showed attendees how the Master 38.3 is perfect solution for a wide range of stone fabrication.  

Attendees also learned how EasyStone by DDX, can bring out the potential of the Intermac Master and Donatoni bridge saw range and the software integration between the two, as well as how data collected through the intuitive dashboards of our SOPHIA IoT platform lets users analyze production and machine functions in detail, detect malfunctions, anticipate maintenance, avoid and/or schedule downtime, and order replacement parts without delay.  

Another highlight was the Diamut Pre-setter, offering a quick and easy way to preset CNC tooling offline increasing machine efficiency (outside the machine),and to reduce the tooling setup time while improving accuracy. Our team demonstrated how our advanced optical tool measurement system allows operators to measure a complete profile set with ease, in under 5 minutes!  

The Diamut HYS² high performance tool was also a big hit with attendees when they saw how it can drastically increase CNC feed rates and improve production by reaching an impressive 500”/min on the 2^ndand 3^rd diamonds. A speed well above the promoted average feed rate of 270”/min.
