CNC Machining Centres

The Master Series CNC work centers from Intermac are designed with long lasting reliability to easily create even the most complex projects with the latest ideas from architects and designers. Master Series provides maximum machining flexibility thanks to a wide choice of work bed sizes and optional features. The 5-axis head with endless rotation C-axis and tilting head A-axis (from -90 to +90 degrees) ensures excellent flexibility and the execution of complex machining operations. The Master 38.5 is currently in our Charlotte Showroom and ready to demonstrate how to create your most difficult projects.

Vertmax - Numeric control vertical processing centres

The Vertmax Series of Vertical CNC machines combines high performance glass processing with maximum throughput for high volume production needs. The suction carriage system provides secure holding and transport of the glass during processing and with dynamic repositioning if needed. The automated positioning of the carriages means no setup time and only a few seconds loading between parts. The Glass Pilot System ensures the highest quality of vibration-free edge peripheral wheel polishing in the industry. Our powerful bSolid software platform combines design, operation and automation in one work environment, using macros to simplify the programming process and assure repeatability from part to part to part. Optional bar code scanning optimizes data entry to enhance your Just in Time production requirements.

Genius CT-Red

The Genius CT-Red is a high-performance solution able to handle personalized machining operations and interface with pre- and post-cut automation systems. Featuring software that is pioneering in terms of its easy use and performance, the Genius CT-Red also comes equipped with a patented tool-holder magazine and top quality components. The Genius CT-RED boasts characteristics usually found on machines designed for cutting lines that work two or three shifts and works at a speed of 200 m/min.

Diamut to Showcase Industry Leading Solutions for V-Grooving

Diamut’s product professionals will demonstrate their industry leading solutions for V-Grooving on Intermac’s Master 38.5 CNC. Diamut’s diamond grinding wheel and polish wheel are used on an aggregate for 10 mm V-Grooving and are capable of executing straight lines or the most intricate of patterns. V-Grooving provides a more cost efficient method of doing decorative glass. Additionally, Diamut will also showcase its three degree wheels for beveling at the Inside Event. Diamut’s Patented Helix System Delivers Perfect Finish In One Operation

Helix is the result of Diamut and Intermac’s desire to develop a revolutionary drilling system not available anywhere else on the market. Perfect finishing in one operation on glass plates from 4-19 mm in thickness using a single CNC machine tool is now possible with the Helix. Drilling, grinding, bottom and top arris are all performed by this patented system with no blowout. Prior to the Helix, two applications were required with drilling done first and then another finishing tool used to complete the process.

It's the first event to bring together all the divisions of the Biesse, from wood processing to the machining of advanced materials, to glass and stone. “Inside In Action” is scheduled to run from 5 to 30 October and will be a hybrid, digital and live, event that will use a completely new formula to exhibit the Group's most recent technological advances.

Inside Intermac Glass: make room for the Industry 4.0

Technological solutions increasingly focused on Industry 4.0, that's the main focus of Inside Intermac Glass, the event being hosted from 16 to 18 March at the Tech Center of the Pesaro Headquarters. For the first time this year, the Openhouse is focusing exclusively on the glass processing industry, our first "Inside".
